We have an ARS7.1/ITSM7.3 installation, some infrastructure and maintenance team are always on the go and need to start updating their work orders offline through IPhones. Are there any solutions which don’t need too much time to install and configure and not customisation to the exiting ITSM application? Something not time consuming to deploy as we only have a window of a month to get this implemented.
