Hi Team, Following is the Steps to resolve.
Step 1. Take the backup of the change request(*.arx). Step2. Reset the value Active Approval(selection Field) in backup. cid:part1.09050204.02040302@vyomlabs.com Step4. Using the Process Flow Status ribbon, the user can slect "Resume". The change appears to move to the next Status but it doesn't. I have found several reasons why the change may be "Pending state with the status reason of Approval Error" but nothing to recover the Change Request. Any assistance is appreciated.
