Also check Share:application Properties form it holds entries for all module and version installed Any failed installation will have a entry with status failed. You need to correct the entry or delete the entry or it will not allow to proceed. Thanks

Does anyone have any advice on getting Atrium Integrator installed and working so I can get ITSM 8.1 in place? Any tips would be appreciated.
