Team, I faced different question from my project.
The scenario is if the end user creating a ticket via email, the ticket has been created. He/ She need to see the ticket status. Remeber, don't have remedy access. IS it possible to see the ticket work info and status. We have one option i.e., Email Notiifcation. Except that any option ? if any idea hit your mind, please share the detail.
