Hi List, our Incident console in ITSM 7.6.03 seems to show the wrong incidents. It also contains incidents that were previously assigned to the group of the user and then routed to another. This is only happening in Incident Management Console, but not in Overview Console. Has anyone of you noticed the same behaviour and found a solution for it?
