If I right click on the ARInput step and select 'Show Input Fields' I see the list of upstream fields that I would expect to see in stream fields section in the configure qualification. I have setup another system and the same behavior exists. I have checked out the online wiki page for this and it says that "If variables are used in the qualification string, the ARInput step will use the variable values at runtime." So that would lead me to believe you can use upstream fields. I have created a ticket with BMC (over a month ago) and I have yet to receive any help there.
