This may sound terrible, but I think if there was something I'd rather be doing 
than working in I.T., I'd already be doing it.  It's the right combination of 
doing interesting things and making good money to appeal to me.

I'm seriously considering setting up a food truck to sell ceviche out of.  The 
main hurdle to the planning phase of my project is that the city of Houston 
appears to consider food trucks a public safety hazard (I believe one city 
council member actually brought up how terrorists could set up a food truck or 
something equally stupid) so it's not like most cities where you can have a 
park or other area of town that they all set up and people congregate to.  
However, the availability of fresh seafood and produce and the 11-month long 
summer would make this place ideal otherwise.
