Hi all, I'm going to try to explain this as best I can, apologies for any confusion.
The majority of our user base is receiving a push from XP to 7 over the next few months. Those that have already made the switch are logging issues with IE 8 crashing on Windows 7. Whenever they open our main ticket form and attempt to click in the 'Create Date' field to perform a query, IE locks up and eventually crashes. This has never been experienced with any of our XP users also running IE 8. Checking the Compatibility View settings for the site does not appear to resolve the problem. We are trying to duplicate the issue to work out what may be going on, but so far we've hit upon nothing. Anyway, just wondering if anyone may have run into this before, or perhaps something similar. Any ideas at all are most appreciated.
