Hi , you will get path to <midtier_dir> from Mid-Tier Config Tool -> Overview Page. Check for attribute Mid Tier Installation Directory on this page. once you have that value , you can clear contents of <midtier_dir>/cache, <midtier_dir>/cachetemp & <midtier_dir>/pluginscache.
