Hi All, We have few escalation which runs in the month end and creates tickets automatically depending on criteria .
Last time it didn't ran and when i checked the Arerror log found this below error. Wed Oct 02 04:00:06 2013 390603 : The value(s) for this entry violate a unique index that has been defined for this form (ARERR 382).
