I like the little html script supported by a pl script, someone posted some time ago quite useful, which can avoid accidents like that..
You can create your own html page and have separate entries for each server, each indicating which server it is. It basically is a custom html page that has a button for each server with the server name clearly indicated on each button. I used that script and modified it a wee bit to include 3 different servers so I won't accidentally flush the wrong cache. Search for FlushCache.html file on the archives and you might find the original posting where you might find the two files.
