Hi, In 'Tabasco', home build application, I use form 'Ar System Email Templates' in notification filters to get formatted emails, with colors, bold text and things like that. Works fine. But in ITSM ? For assignment and confirmation mails to customers? How do I solve it there, using HTML code for outgoing emails?
