Hi, Salvo: This is a known defect in 8.1 that has been addressed with a hot-fix. SP5 for 7.6.04 may have come out around the same time. It is possible that the same defect had been encountered there as well. Ask your BMC support contact about the defect # and hot fix noted below. The hot fix fixed our issue on 8.1.
"Defect SW00450943 has been filed. Also, ESC#039963 has been raised to resolve the issue so Join Form Properties can be modified." "Hot-fix for Defect: SW00450943 - Join Information is not allowed to change for custom forms" Hope this helps. We work in Best Practice Customization and we have serious problems with a Join Form, because we can't modify the Join Information of the Join Form. It is not allowed to swap between the Forms or modify the Join Condition that is what we need.. We want modify the Join Condition adding a condition about a Custom Field but the system does not allow to do this modify. Can anyone suggest us how modify the Join Condition in the Best Practice Customization Mode? Thanks in advance.
