Carol: Remember, Analytics is just Business Objects with a BMC-built reporting universe for ITSM, so out of box, it's just for ITSM, but you can add variables from a custom Remedy form if you know how. I am not sure if they have to be on the same server as your ITSM installation or not - maybe one of our Analytics admins could speak to that point. Worst case scenario, you could create a separate universe for your custom form if don't need it to integrate with your ITSM ticketing data.
