Hi , Our customer want to store the Financial information in Incident form which need to be visible only to Specific support party. It will be an attachment and this has to be visible only for specific support group .
We cannot use financial link in Incident form because it doesn't have an attachment and doesn't satisfy their business need. Possible solution. 1. Create an attachment field in Incident and make it visible or Hide based upon the support group using active link - But again people can take the report of this form. 2. Create a Link , on the click of the link the display form will be opened and there they can add the summary and financial attachment which in turn store this information in regular form- But again user can take the report of this form as well. We cannot even use work info because locked or view access can only prevent from editing but the attachment can be opened by anyone. Any possible approach which can satisfy this requirement.
