Tammy, It is a serious developer 'forum', but sometimes people can get a bit wacky....and you will find Dan is from Canada...so I can guarantee you he doesn't live in an 'at-will' state, although I don't know how those same rules apply to the province he lives in, or laws in general in Canada...
