You need to flush after your changes.  If they flushed it before you
made your changes, chances are you won't see them in the MidTier yet.

That's what I thought too but I don't have the access to be able to
flush it. That's another group. They keep saying they have flushed it
because we had some email issues previously but if they had it didn't
change this form. Hmmm
