Hi Team,

I am seeing ARERR 8985 The Date Value is Invalid Error while re-assigning
an incident to a specific Support Group.

It is giving error only for a specific support group .

CLM:Measurement:ReqProcOverallStartTime   filter is not giving the right
answer.

Remedy 7.1

Any Ideas on how to resolve this issue?
