Team, Do we have any check list to maintain the remedy service will up with out facing any issues.
Present, we have prepared the list monthly activities for remedy service. 1. Restart the remedy services monthly once. 2. before restart take a back up logs for ARS and mid tier. etc., Like wise we need the check lists . Can any of you share your thoughts.
