Dear Team, We have the current set of BMC tools implemented in Production
ARS 7.6.04 SP3 CMDB 7.6.04 ITSM 7.6.04 SP2 ADDM 9.0.2 BPPM 8.6 sp3 In order to Integrate CMDB with BPPM we need to have CMDB extension pack and need to Upgrade CMDB 7.6.04 to CMDB 7.6.04 SP2. I would like to know if there is any impact analysis kind of document or information available just to go thorugh it and prepare for implementation. Thanks for your help.
