My system is set up to not accept unqualified searches. Running this report is possible both from Birt Designer and manually from Remedy Report Console. There is a qual inside the report 1=1, maybe your suggestion is better - to use the Request ID. I am a little bit suspicious because I only can't run the report when it is scheduled, but I'll give it a try using Request ID qual.
