we use Business Object as our reporting server for ITSM 7.03 I am looking for a solution to upgrading the original JAVA 1.4.2_04 has anyone done this? do you have instructions or a white paper. we are moving to 8.1 by the end of the year, until then we are on ARS 7.0.01 patch 12 and ITSM 7.03 thank you James
