Hi Philip,
1] After you complete Phase3 [ attribute deletion ] , you will get the option
to upgrade RKM.

2] But if you want to install RKM and then later delete attributes then here is
a way.

a] Open Share:Application_Properties form .
b] Search with Application ID = RA00C04FA081BAydPrRwNkQKqAbOMA
c] There will be a property called “Phase” . Its value should be 2-Complete.
d] Update it to 3-Complete.
e] Run Installer and Install RKM
f] Once done, please update Phase value = 2-Complete so that our SHARE:App
properties form have right values.
G] if not done , then there might be upgrade issues in future.

Let me know if this helps you.

Is this a Test Environment ?

Thanks,
  Vivek

Subject: 8.1.0 installer

**
Hello List,

We are trying to install RKM 8.1 into our environment (STG). We never had RKM
installed in the past.

I upgraded in place our current 7.6.04 SP2 to ARS 8.1.01, CMDB 8.1.0, ITSM
8.1.0, SLM 8.1.0, and SRM 8.1.0, but since RKM was not installed, the ITSM
installer had it unchecked. I assumed I could install it later.

As many have already experienced, we were not ready to move all of our CI
attributes to the AST:Attribute form and delete them from the CDM. So, we took
option '2' (Copy CI to attributes and leave CDM alone). When I try running the
ITSM installer again for RKM, it is only giving me the third option, whereby
all attributes are deleted from CDM (all others are greyed out).

As I said we are not prepared for this. Question, how do I 'trick' the
installer to forego this input screen or allow me to 'click' on option 2 again?
