Hi Team, I have created workflow when the assignment group will change that time need to send group notification. created 2 filter.
1. 1st Filter is used to get the GROUP ID from the group form and pasted into temp field. Used below qualification. 'Long Group Name' = '$Support Company$'+"->"+$Assignee Organization$+"->"+$Assignee Group$.Set field action "temp field"= $Group ID$. 2. 2nd filter is used to send the notification based on notify action. The notification will send to that "temp field" (Group ID). 1st filetr worked fine and 2nd filter is not firing the notification to GROUP ID. Please advise, my scenario is right?
