Education brought Closer to You! BRWIT Associates was founded by members of the BMC Remedy Community to provide BMC Remedy and ITSM related services, primarily in the Educational area.
Since WWRUG ran it's first conference in 2009, BRWIT realized that the entire Remedy Community would greatly benefit from the WWRUG presentations/content. Now BRWIT is bringing some of the WWRUG content along with new material Closer To You. Lenny Warren, Victoria Schmidt, Phil Bautista: People you are all familiar with as some of the best in the BMC Remedy space. They have extensive real-world experience with Remedy systems and a proven track record of taking that knowledge and insight and presenting it to others in an effective training fashion. For three full days, Lenny, Vicki, Phil, and various vendors will be providing IT industry best practices, techniques, and methodologies through a total of 54 presentations at an area close to you. BRWIT has divided the training sessions into three tracks - two of which are based on education related sessions covering BMC Remedy Action Request System, BMC IT Service Management, BMC Service Request Management, BMC Configuration Management Database, Remedyforce, and other IT-related products and areas of interest to the Remedy Community.. The third track primarily focuses on products and services provided by various ITSM and IT related vendors, covering areas of training, integration tools, self-service products, custom products, and more. The Closer to You engagement has a value of over $3,000 USD. However, for the first 50 people who register at each Closer to You event will get into the venue at a cost of $500 USD. Even if you are not one of the first 50 people, the remaining registration fee is $750 USD, still a great bargain for training and education. BRWIT is working to bring in up to six product vendors who will be on hand to provide their products and services to you in a vendor showcase-like atmosphere, and provide up to three detailed presentations about the what, when, where, how, etc. about their products.
