FTS Issue - While creating a relationship within any application(IM,PM.....), the relationship search is not having the value for the Title and ID column in the search table.

** Hi Team, While creating a relationship from any incident to another incident the incident relationship search is taking place. And it is retrieving the matched records but the ID and Title column in the table is not having any value in it. FTS.jpg Any needful suggestion will be highly appreciated.
