And I have the same question regarding the two tabs found in the OperationalCatalog.xls file. What are the names of the forms these correspond to? 1) 01 CFG-OperationalCatalog (2nd tab of the file) 2) 02 CFG-OperationalCatalogAssoc (3rd tab of the file) What are their underlying form names? Another related question I have about the BMC provided spreadsheets for data load to 7.6.04. While most of the tabs on most of the worksheets are quite fairly easily locatable as forms, I am having trouble with finding a matching form that would correspond to a tab named:- 1) 17 CTM-PeopleAccessRestrictions (18th tab from the People.xls sheet) 2) 21 CTM-PeopleModification (22nd tab from the People.xls sheet) What underlying foundation forms do these correspond to?? Hey Lisa, It's probably one of them The fields the Location spreadsheet would populate are, Company, Site, Region, Site Group, DataTags & Status CTM:LoadRegion has Company and Region but is missing is missing Site and Site Group. Cheers Joe PS: I had not noticed the CTM:LoadRegion form so it was some help. I need to find the others. Works a whole lot better trying to locate forms having certain fields if you have DB access through queries to the meta-data :). I currently do not so kind of using old school ways by searching it in the Dev Studio with its search capacities. -----Original Message----- From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:arslist@ARSLIST.ORG] On Behalf Of Kemes, Lisa A DLA CTR INFORMATION OPERATIONS Sent: Thursday, June 26, 2014 11:08 AM To: arslist@ARSLIST.ORG Subject: Re: Data load forms names for ITSM 7.6.04... I know about SP5 & that SP3 is nearly about 2 years old and there is a recommendation out there to step up. To the best of my knowledge, all of the data load forms for ITSM have a naming convention of XXX:LoadYyyyyyy where XXX is a prefix of the function you are loading the data for, and Yyyyy is the actual function name. For e.g. COM:LoadCompany for company data. Is this true for *ALL* the foundation data load forms? If so I can't seem to find the one for Locations (containing columns Company, Site, Region, Site Group, DataTags & Status). Is this load form differently named? I'm wondering if they weren't consistent on these names on SP3. What would really help me is if someone has a compiled list of all the Data load forms that are used to mass import ITSM 7.6.04 data, or point me to where this may be documented by BMC Software.
