Hi All,

Is it possible to delete the Tasks without Parent Request ID at the time of 
creation or after creation, i knew there is one OOTB workflow to clean the 
tasks without Parent Request ID after 24 hours by one escalation. But i want to 
delete the task if the Parent Request ID is not active.

Please find the below steps to reproduce the issue.
 
1.       Click on new incident 
2.       Enter the required details like customer and summary in the incident
3.       Attach a task template or create a task(Note the task number).
4.       Don’t save the incident 
5.       Click on Home page icon and cancel the Incident.
6.       Go to Task form and look for the created task(Task will be available), 
if you try to open the incident it won’t exist.

This task will exist in the queue till the escalation cleans it.

Can someone help me to fix it .
