Hi All, I know this mailing list is for solutions on Remedy Technical questions. But I thought this would be best place to get an advice on similar career.
I have been working as a Remedy Developer /Administrator for ~6 years until now. But now thinking of transitioning to ITSM/ITIL Business Analyst( I am ITIL V3 certified). So I wanted to know what are the basics things/tools/docs that I'll have to learn in this transition. I would be highly obliged if anyone can shed some light on this topic. Thanks in Advance.
