Hello ArsList Members, I am trying to customize the CLM request part so the customer can make System Disks orders as they wanted. In order of this I need to add a new js to the Configuration-Plugin.jar but every time I try to put the new js to the resource/javascript folder I get an error that there duplicates. In the main folder there 9 jar files with duplicates name. So when I am unpack them with 7Zip and click the button Automatically Rename it works. After I add the js and zip all the files again I can rename them to the same name again so the duplicates are back again. So all works properly until that point but every time when put the new jar file to the Data Visualization Module form and delete all the cache I get always the error on the Midtier that the "ARERR [9391] The requested plug-in "OptionsDataVisualizationModule" does not exist in the list of Data Visualization Module Server(s) in the BMC Remedy Mid Tier Configuration Tool". Also the other thing is even the OOTB jar file and the change one has almost the same files and folders the OOTB one after zip is nearly 10MB but the new created by me is nearly 7.5 MB.
