I have noticed that the application works fairly well even though this form may not be populated, with what seems like no references directly to this form that has only 4 Postal Code specific data - Country, State/Province, City & Zip / Postal Codes.
What is the real purpose of this form then? Is it used anywhere? Reporting? CMDB? Other Foundation Data forms require this??
