Hi Team, I have created the SLA Configuration for incidents and changes. We have faced the problem with below scenario.
Created High incident ticket. The response time 5 min. With in this time no taken responsibility so it's breached. After the breach we have downgraded High to Low. High SLA's detached and Low SLA's attached but the breach symbol is not modified from incident ticket left navigation pane. Kindly advise to fix this issue.
