I second looking into the MyIT and SmartIT for mobile. MyIT is more customer facing and more mature than SmartIT, but SmarIT is what BMC is going to for the IT person's GUI.

Info at http://www.raptek.com/rmobility/ (screenshots, plus a live demo site). It's white, blue and orange...so maybe a bit "graphically challenged" ;) depending on tastes I suppose. Our goal is to offer a very reasonably priced solution that does the very basic functionality that an end user needs, rather than a comprehensive, complex and infinitely customizable solution. So it may or may not be what you need for your requirements. BMC SmartIT, BMC MyIT, Mobile Reach and Kinetic Data (with the Responsive bundle) are other mobile solutions that are worth comparing as the each offer different features and approaches. I have gone through my email and was not able to find it. I just recently had a "forced" archive and am bouncing back and forth between my current email and my new archive. If you sent it (it was an Orange/Blue/Black graphically challenged application) please send me the info again. I showed it to someone at work was they loved it, but the colors were not to their liking... geeeesh!
