Hi,
They changed this some years ago, as people used this to bypass the licensing
rules by doing this.
For example changing all licenses to FLOAT each night, and then have filter
changing to FIXED as soon as someone logs in. This of course is not allowed.
So why would you want to change the license type more than 3 times in a week?
