Hi I was wondering if anyone might have a post ITSM install/upgrade test plan laying around that thay would be willing to share. Ideally a plan for 7.1 woud be great but 7.x woul be OK as well. I can even extrapolate somthing out of an 8.x plan. Pretty much any version is better than nothing.. Thanks fot your help in advance, and I hope this post makes it up to the board given the issues I have had lately.
