It has been a while since I did a 7.6.04 install with MSSQL 2005. My install keeps failing when it tries to connect to the database.
I set the connection TCPIP to enabled and I enabled named pipes. It still keeps stopping and reads: . TCP/IP connection to the host ctarsweb using port number 1433 failed. I did review the docs, but what am I missing?
