Hello Everyone, We are doing a POC using My IT.
In the POC we need to enable customers to create service request by providing input to list of questionnaires. The main challenge is that the customer doesn't have SRM and we need to use a custom application for the same and integrate with My -IT. Please let us know if anyone has worked similar kind of project before.
