ARS v7.1 with oracle upgraded to 12c

Hi all,

We have a ARS v7.1 Patch 11 system and DB is being upgraded from Oracle 9 to 
12c.
ARS is all custom, uses web services but has no ITSM. Does anyone envision 
issues with the oracle upgrade? I am not even sure if anyone uses v7.1 anymore 
:)
