Raj, 1 thing I noticed is that your DSO server didn't 'upgrade' properly...it's still showing 7.6.04...so that's a bit weird...
But...other than that...I don't see any timestamps, so not sure how long this log took. First place I would look would be by turning api/sql logging on and restart the server. Then analyze the logs to find out what's happening during those 10 min's.... One thing you didn't mention is if you are running ITSM or not....I ask because I've been told that ITSM can, and quite often does, take about 10 min's to start up....but the custom system I work on here takes less than 1 min to startup running 8.1.02...
