The original Netcool gateway uses the Alert/Notifier to receive data back from 
the AR System.

Do you have a specific port set up in the ARS Administration Console for Alert 
Outbound Port?

21 11:47:14 2015:[ERROR]: Failed to register for notifications with the 
notification server on remedyserver.abc.xyx.com. Apr 21 11:47:14 2015:[ERROR]: 
NT ERROR 90: Cannot open catalog; Message number = 90 Apr 21 11:47:14 
2015:[DEBUG]: Reconnection attempt number 1. Any help on this please. Regards,
