Of course, it would be lovely to have RPMs around.  I even made a couple 
RPMs (one for the libs and one for ARSperl) for our internal use. 
However, I was under the impression that you couldn't package the libs 
since they're not publicly available from BMC.  We got our libs from our 
contacts at BMC, and they were generated by hand.
