Hi, everybody! I would like to make a tblastx comparison of two genomes. Blast always gives me this message:
[blastall] WARNING: [000.000] AE007317: Reached max 200 HSPs in BlastSaveCurrentHsp, continuing with this limit This effectively means that blast will only report 200 Hits. This threshold is too low for comparing genomes. Is there a way I can get around this limit? Googling for "BlastSaveCurrentHsp" only shows that other people have had the same problem with no solution.
