Hello, I am trying to create a new embl (or genbank) file that contains a subset of features and the corresponding subsequence from a complete genome embl file.
I have been able to successfully export the features or the sequence, but not together. Also, I can not concatenate the feature and sequence files together since the coordinates would not match. Is there anyway to do this within Artemis?
