Hey cfrogjump,

We just released Artifactory 2.2.1 which should fix the problem you are
facing and the upgrade process should be able to continue.

But we recommend that you start a clean Artifactory 2.2.1 and import a
backup into it.

Once the process finishes you should clean up the damaged files that appear
in your log.
