Hi Weiping ,

Some of the remote repositories don't expose their index so it's normal that
not all remote repositories indexes are downloaded.
As for the exception, it's seems that one of the index zip's is corrupt and
it fails when the virtual repository is merging all index's from his
resolved repositories.
Here are some questions I would like to know so we can reproduce this issue:

1. Is it the first time you ran the indexer.
2. Did you Import or upgraded from an old version?, What version? ,Did your
import include an index?
3. If You delete the .index directory from all repositories and redo the
index, does the problem appear again?
