I just confirmed that this is indeed a bug in 2.3 that affects the REST
storage queries in Artifactory OSS.
I created: issues.jfrog.org/jira/browse/RTFACT-3696
I have attached a patched REST jar with a fix to the issue, and will include
the fix in 2.3.1 final. Please follow the instructions in JIRA on how to
install it.
