Hi,

After some more searching, I found out that my ant configuration was still
using ivy-1.4.1 in stead of ivy-2.2.0. Once I removed the 'old' ivy.jar, I
retried to publish the artifacts which went successful. I also tried with
ivy version 2.1.0-RC2 and this test was succesfull too. 
I'm assuming nobody really uses ivy versions older than 2 (if people are,
then they might hit the same problem as I did.). For me the problem is now
solved.
