How long does it take for artifactory to upgrade to a new revision?
I upgrade to version 2.3.1 from 2.3.0
Started the artifactory service on the server.
I see the following in the logs so far:

does artifactory has to scan through every directory under the
/opt/artifactory/data/cache ?
I have about 17669 files under this cache directory and sub-directories.
Does this mean that the new version or artifactory will scan through all of
these files before it start up and users be able to use it?
