Using the "Keep Unused Artifacts" on a remote repo, artifacts can be
auto-removed by setting the maximum number of hours since an artifact has
been downloaded.
There's also a REST query you can use to find artifacts not downloaded since
a given time, then you can discard them with a DELETE query:
