We will look into the warning you are geting, but it seems harmless.
How are you trying to resolve artifacts?
Did you make sure to zap the remote repository cache to make sure
negative-lookups are not cached?
Are you sure your proxy is being used? Is there a way for you to check on
your proxy how the incoming requests are handled?
